Project Support Officer

We are currently recruiting for a Project Support Officer.

If you are a dynamic self-starter, work well in a small team, have strong communication and organisational skills, and a background in admin/HR - then this is the job for you.

As Project Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact at Kingston Voluntary Action, assisting staff, local voluntary and community organisations, and the general public. No two days are the same. You will enable the smooth day-to-day running of the organisation and be involved in a variety of interesting projects, from social prescribing to setting up new training.

This would be an ideal role for someone who is a strong administrator with great IT skills, and wants to expand their project management experience.

Please note that this job would be on a fixed term contract until March 2023, with a view to extend if further funding is confirmed.

Volunteer roles

We occasionally recruit volunteers to assist us with our work. These are usually administrative roles, such as updating database entries and mailing lists, but can also include research.

As a volunteer for KVA, you would get the chance to learn more about Kingston's VCSE (voluntary, community and social enterprise) sector, and make a valuable contribution to the work that we do.

If you would like to volunteer your services, please email us at admin@kva.org.uk. We can not promise that we will have a suitable opening for you, but we would love to hear from you.
