We are currently looking for a suitable rent-free space, ideally offered as an in-kind partnership, which could serve as a modest operational base for our educational and outreach work.

Ideally, we are looking for a clean, dry and secure room, office or small unit of approximately 35–40 square metres or more, preferably in or near New Malden, Kingston, or South West London. We would also be open to considering areas further away, including towards Brixton or surrounding districts, if the space is suitable.

The ideal space would have independent access, access to a toilet and ideally a shower, reasonable flexibility of access, enough room to keep a digital piano, music materials, documents and basic equipment, and ideally one parking space or nearby parking.

The Foundation is not looking for a commercial rental arrangement at this stage. However, if necessary, we would be willing to discuss contributing towards reasonable utility costs such as electricity or water.

In return, Geminiani Foundation would be happy to offer, free of charge, occasional classical music performances, educational workshops, introductory music sessions, or community outreach activities for the host organisation or local community.

The aim is to establish a small but serious base from which the Foundation can begin developing its charitable and educational work in a stable, dignified and practical way.

If you have any suitable space, or know a organisation, church, community centre, school, cultural venue, council-linked space, or private supporter who may be open to discussing this kind of in-kind support, we would be very grateful.
