KVA has been working with the Royal Borough of Kingston on addressing food insecurity since 2018. We have now been funded by RBK to set up and run a food surplus hub in our borough.
Kingston Voluntary Action’s Surplus to Supper Hub is supported by Surplus to Supper Trust CIO who have been running their project in Sunbury for 5 years and we are proud to become the first Surplus to Supper hub outside Sunbury. If, like ourselves, you are passionate about saving waste and providing good quality, free food to those who need in on our borough, we are inviting you to join us as one of our first volunteers.
