One-to-One Leadership Coaching Offer with Martin Farrell

Kingston Voluntary Action is pleased to launch an opportunity for Kingston’s VCSE chief executives to access one‑to‑one leadership coaching with Martin Farrell. As this is a pilot, places are limited to four or five chief executives or directors who respond first.

About Martin

Martin has lived in Kingston since 1995. He is an experienced international facilitator, crisis coach, and author, bringing over six decades of civil society experience, including senior roles at Save the Children and the British Red Cross. He founded his consultancy, get2thepoint, in 1999 and has since supported leaders through complex organisational and personal challenges, including long‑standing work with ACEVO and facilitation assignments for the United Nations. Martin is a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) Emeritus and the author of Good Leaders in Turbulent Times: How to Navigate Wild Waters at Work (2024) published by Practical Inspiration Publishing - KVA will gift a copy of the book, to be signed by Martin, to anyone who takes up Martin’s InnerVoice coaching offer.

The Coaching

Martin is offering personalised one‑to‑one coaching sessions, delivered online or in person, for Kingston CEOs committed to improving the quality of life for others. These sessions provide a valuable opportunity to pause, reflect, and strengthen your leadership in a confidential and supportive space.

This InnerVoice coaching offer is a pilot programme. Alongside your own development as a leader, your participation will help shape and refine the offer for future cohorts, creating a pathway for those who follow.

The InnerVoice Approach

Martin offers his coaching through the ‘Gift Economy’, where the currencies used will plant a ‘Generosity Tree’. Martin will send you an InnerVoice, and like an invoice, it acknowledges the work you’ve done together. But unlike an invoice, which pays for his service, an InnerVoice is about gifiting it forward. The InnerVoice is explained at the bottom of Martin’s homepage: https://www.martinfarrell.org
