The NHS would like to understand more about people’s experiences of mental health crisis services – they are particularly keen to find out about people’s experiences of crisis cafes.
This will support their work to design services to best meet the needs of the local community. They want to ensure that local people can expect the same quality of care no matter where they live and so we are looking at how we provide this service.
The deadline for the survey is 31 August 2025.
