Help KVA Shape a New HR Training Programme Designed for Kingston’s VCSE Sector

Kingston Voluntary Action (KVA) is developing an HR training programme tailored to the needs of charities and community groups in Kingston.

With recent changes in employment law and increasing HR demands, we want to ensure the training is practical, relevant, and responsive to the real challenges faced by our local VCSE sector.

We’d be very grateful if you could take 4 minutes to complete our short HR Training Needs Survey. Your feedback will help us:

• Identify the most pressing HR challenges in the sector
• Prioritise the topics that matter most to your organisation
• Design sessions that suit your team’s availability and learning preferences

Whether you’re a trustee, manager, staff or volunteer with HR responsibilities, your input will help us create a programme that truly supports your work.

The programme is planned to launch in early 2026, and you’ll also have the opportunity to express interest in taking part at the end of the form.
