Since 2023 the Bupa Foundation has invested £1.4m in Green Community Grants to 794 organisations across the UK and Ireland including:

  • Over 400 schools creating outdoor classrooms, forest schools, sensory gardens and similar projects.
  • over 350 community groups, charities and food banks for community allotments, pocket parks, playgrounds and green space improvements.

The grants run as part of Bupa's Healthy Cities initiative - where Bupa employees, suppliers and customers walk to unlock money for charity.

Who can Apply

Grants of between £500 and £2,000 are available for non-fee paying schools, registered charities and not-for-profit organisations across the UK and Republic of Ireland for projects that make a positive difference to the health of local communities.
