October is Black History Month, and this year’s theme, Honouring Our Communities, celebrates the people, groups and organisations whose contributions help make Kingston a stronger, more inclusive borough. In this special newsletter, we highlight local events, inspiring stories, cultural activities and opportunities to learn more about the achievements, experiences and heritage of Black communities in Kingston.

Download our Black History Month 2026 in Kingston e-bulletin as we celebrate, reflect and recognise the individuals and organisations making a positive difference across our borough.
