We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised and customer-focused Café Supervisor to help launch and shape this exciting new venture from day one.


About the Role

As Café Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the café, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, excellent customer service and smooth front and back-of-house operations.

Working closely with the Chef, Café Assistant and our team of dedicated volunteers, you'll play a key role in creating a vibrant, inclusive community space where everyone feels welcome.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hospitality experience who is passionate about people, community and making a difference.

About You

We’re looking candidates with business acumen who:

  • Previous experience working in a café, hospitality or catering environment
  • Experience using a till and handling cash transactions
  • Experience managing stock and deliveries
  • Hands-on experience operating professional coffee machines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational abilities
  • Understanding of food hygiene, health and safety requirements
  • Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety Certificate
  • Self-motivation and ability to use your own initiative
  • Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings
