About the Role

As Café Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the café, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, excellent customer service and smooth front and back-of-house operations.

Working closely with the Chef, Café Assistant and our team of dedicated volunteers, you'll play a key role in creating a vibrant, inclusive community space where everyone feels welcome.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with hospitality experience who is passionate about people, community and making a difference.

About You

We’re looking candidates with business acumen who:

Previous experience working in a café, hospitality or catering environment
Experience using a till and handling cash transactions
Experience managing stock and deliveries
Hands-on experience operating professional coffee machines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities
Understanding of food hygiene, health and safety requirements
Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety Certificate
Self-motivation and ability to use your own initiative
Flexibility to work weekends and occasional evenings
