We spearhead efforts to raise the profile of the sector, celebrate its contribution to the wellbeing of local residents and influence partners and stakeholders in the following ways:

The Kingston Compact

Compact1

The Kingston Compact is a shared agreement between Kingston Council, the local NHS, and the VCSE Sector to work better together. It has been co-developed to improve outcomes for local residents by supporting prevention, inclusion and community wellbeing through better collaboration between partners.

The Kingston Compact

We work to ensure that the voice of the organisations and communities we support is heard, and that the sector's contribution is understood, recognised and valued.

We do everything we can to support partnership working between the voluntary and community sector and our statutory partners in Kingston Council and Health as well as promoting partnerships within the sector itself.

We use our e-bulletins to provide updates on Council decisions, relevant Government initiatives and news and information from national bodies such as NAVCA, NCVO and ACEVO.

The Voluntary Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) Health and Wellbeing Alliance (HW Alliance) is a partnership between sector representatives and the health and care system.
