Microsoft 365 offers huge possibilities. 

It helps charities with email, file storage, and provides plenty of productivity applications that can streamline your charity operations. Registered charities in the UK are eligible for discounted licenses and this session aims to help you make the most of your M365 subscription.

This three-hour session shows you how to master a range of M365 apps and is divided into sections with demos and practical tasks, plus breaks in between.

The first section will cover an overview of the apps available. It will explore web vs desktop applications and use of apps in Teams. We’ll then look at top tips for using Microsoft Forms, the secrets of Sway and OneNote.

The second section delves into the virtues of To Do, using Outlook tasks and the Bookings app.

The final section will focus on project management with Planner, team collaboration with Loop and Whiteboard. We’ll also preview a range of other apps you might find useful in your day to day work.
