Sexual Harassment – Understanding Responsibilities and Creating Safer Workplaces

Monday 28 September 2026
14:00 to 15:30

Kingston Voluntary Action (KVA), in partnership with Julie Leach Associates, is delivering an important webinar on Sexual Harassment in the workplace.

This session will explore what constitutes sexual harassment, the legal responsibilities of organisations, and practical steps to prevent and respond to concerns effectively.

Under the Employment Rights Act 2025 reforms, employers now have a legal obligation to take proactive steps to prevent sexual harassment, not simply respond once it has occurred.

With this strengthened duty in place, it is essential that organisations take this seriously and ensure that all staff understand their role in creating a safe and respectful working environment.

We strongly encourage attendance from all staff and volunteers.

Ensuring that everyone is trained demonstrates that your organisation is meeting its legal responsibilities and is committed to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
