WorkNest is excited to bring you an informative, in-person Employment Law Update, exclusively for NCVO members.

This session will help you understand the big changes that are coming to UK employment law in 2026 and beyond. From stronger union powers and a ban on fire and rehire practices to enhanced harassment prevention duties and other key reforms, the Employment Rights Bill (ERB)  will reshape how businesses hire, manage and support their people. 

The road ahead will require careful planning and proactive action. This event is your pit stop – a chance to check your systems, map your next steps and ensure your charity is ready for the changes ahead. 

All attendees will receive early access to the Employment Law Roadmap document, providing practical guidance to support your organisation’s planning.
