Youth Mental Health First Aid Course (Kingston)

Monday 13 October 2025
09:00 to 17:00

Outline

Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA) is primarily designed for adults who regularly interact or support young people (aged 8-18) including teachers, school staff, school nurses, youth centre workers etc. The course is aimed at training the adults in a young person’s life to have the skills and confidence to step in, offer first aid and guide them towards the support they need.
