This event has been organised in collaboration with our network in response to a request for support. Approximately 15-20% of the population is estimated to be neurodivergent. This means that recruiting and supporting volunteers with neurodivergence is likely.

In addition to a new resource at Befriending Networks, ‘Supporting Neurodiversity in Your Volunteer Team,’ we are hosting this event to provide an opportunity to discuss and share inclusive practices for neurodivergent staff and volunteers within your team.
