17:00 to 19:00
What do you need to know if your charity or social enterprise finds itself in dispute with a landlord, tenant, or neighbour? How can you resolve the situation successfully for the long-term?
Leading property advice charity Ethical Property Foundation, in partnership with Russell-Cooke Solicitors, is delighted to present the third of our 2025 series of Charity Property Forums which looks at a widespread but rarely discussed issue facing many charities. Harriet Allsop and Jodie Green from the Property Litigation Team at Solicitors Russell-Cooke and Sarah Beckwith Property Services Manager at Ethical Property Foundation will pool their knowledge, share stories, ideas, hot tips, and mistakes to avoid when charities find themselves in the middle of a property dispute.
Chair: Antonia Swinson Chief Executive of leading property advice charity Ethical Property Foundation.
With a live audience, great food, and wine with lots of time to ask questions, this promises to be a fun, enjoyable evening.
• What are the key actions charities can take at the start of a dispute?
• In a property dispute already? Best approaches to save money, time and resources.
• Where to get help, how to ask for it and what information to provide.
• How to prevent disputes in the future.
