This leadership programme is designed to be flexible and responsive to the needs of the participants, ensuring that each session is tailored to your specific leadership challenges and goals.

About The Author:

Now, in his sixth decade of working in civil society, Martin Farrell has held senior positions at organisations such as Save the Children and the British Red Cross. Since his first assignment with the UN in 2002, he has been in demand as an international facilitator and crisis coach. He is a Certified Professional Facilitator Emeritus.

Objective: To provide an environment for leaders to learn and develop the skills they need to thrive in the voluntary sector.

Dates: 5 morning sessions (10:00-12:00)

  • 7 May – First Session: Building the Programme Content
  • 4 and 18 June – Sessions 2 and 3
  • 2 and 16 July – Sessions 4 and 5

Session 1: Building the Programme Content

Date: 7th May 2024
Time: 10:00 to 12:00 - arrive at 9:30 for a tea/coffee and a chat

By the end of the first session, the participants will:

  • Define the leader they aspire to become
  • Identify challenges and issues they are facing as a leader
  • Identify and select key topics for the programme

This programme is free for Kingston organisations.
