An overview on a safeguarding topic which carries a lot of stigma and can potentially cause concern for professionals in the field.

Session objectives:

  • Break down barriers to accessing appropriate research and evidence-based training
  • Empower professionals to learn more in order to enhance their skills
  • Increase knowledge and develop practice in safeguarding children and young people
  • Consider impact on themselves in the process.
