Thriving in a Tough Environment Programme

Tuesday 29 October 2024

Overcome barriers, secure funding, form new networks

New support programme for Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise Sector Organisations

Following the success of last year’s Capacity Building Programme Pilot, Kingston Voluntary Action is thrilled to announce the launch of a new, revised and improved support programme designed specifically for voluntary and community sector organisations.

In collaboration with our partners, Orange Consulting & Training, KNW Consultancy, and our notable Superhighways team, we are committed to empowering 10 local VCSE organisations to navigate and thrive in today’s current challenging landscape.

Who is it for?

This comprehensive 4-month programme is tailored for organisations aiming to bolster their financial resilience, enhance planning and reporting capabilities, and emerge stronger to meet the increasing demands within their communities.

How your Organisation will Benefit
  • Identify and Overcome Barriers: Gain a deeper understanding of potential obstacles to your success and acquire the tools to address them effectively.
  • Funding Insights: Learn what funders look for in successful applications and in the organisations they choose to support.
