THIS IN PERSON TRAINING IS FOR VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS/COMMUNITY GROUPS BASED IN KINGSTON UPON THAMES.
In this training session you will learn:
- What information you need to collect;
- How to make good decisions about the income generation options you can take;

How to ensure you do this within legal, ethical, organisational and practical considerations of your organisation
After the session you will be able to:
- Improve confidence in your ability to develop strategy
- Improve your ability to plan ahead when writing bids
- Improve your understanding of the wider considerations involved
The trainer
Claudia Demuth is an experienced and pro-active strategic consultant with an excellent track record in training, facilitation, coaching and programme management. As someone who prefers to take on challenges and opportunities that help individuals and groups strengthen their direction, impact and systems - especially if involved in social justice (systemic, organisational or individual levels) - Claudia has been a long-term associate for various organisations such as local councils for voluntary service across London (Bexley, Croydon, Kingston, Richmond); the Law Centre Network; Lloyds Bank Foundation, the School for Social Entrepreneurs (with Paul Hamlyn Fdn); and more.
