Kingston Eco-op

Kingston Eco-op Association was launched in April 2009 and originally consisted of a partnership between Kingston Voluntary Action, The Fircroft Trust and Mind in Kingston.

It is a social enterprise scheme offering a range of different activities which aims to effect personal and social change by:

  • Reducing isolation
  • Increasing self confidence and esteem
  • Developing skills for self-help, mutual support and gaining qualifications
  • Educating and caring about the environment
  • Creating opportunities for employment

Eco-op's activities include poppy assembly, training opportunities, cycle repair and maintenance, outings and snack boxes.
