NHS Cancer Alliance is running a survey to help reduce the impact of Coronavirus

West London Healthcare Survey

RM Partners (the NHS Cancer Alliance for SW/NW London) is running a project to help reduce the impact that Coronavirus is having on people engaging with cancer services or healthcare generally.

They aim to improve communications and define key messages and actions that can be taken in order to restore public confidence in the safety of attending a health care setting for advice, assistance or a booked appointment.  This approach will be based on an understanding of our population, their unique characteristics and gathering insight from service users, local communities and those who choose not to attend scheduled appointments using appropriate methods.

A survey has been created to capture and understand what barriers might be impacting people’s decisions and experiences and are looking for help to distribute it. The survey can be found here: https://survey.alchemer.com/s3/5955688/healthcare-survey

The primary audience for the survey and the people most important to fill it in are:

  • People over 60 years old
  • People in the West London area
  • People in BAME communities
  • People from lower socio-economic groups
