Sanja Djeric-Kane appointed as KVA Chief Executive

I am delighted to be writing to you as the newly appointed Chief Executive Officer of Kingston Voluntary Action.

I am very excited and honoured to be given a chance to run Kingston Voluntary Action and I promise to do my best to ensure it is a strong, sustainable organisation you can all rely on.

Having been involved with the local VCSE for many years now, I feel entitled to say that I am proud of its history and its achievements.
The times we are all going through are challenging and demanding. While our sector is being recognised and appreciated for its contribution to local community, we are expected to do more and more whilst stretching our resources and forever thinking of new ways to address local issues. This is not an easy ask and I am looking forward to working with all of you who are part of our vibrant, resilient and successful voluntary sector and with our partners from other sectors for the benefit of our borough and its residents.
KVA will continue to support you in your growth and development and will continue to be your advocate. I look forward to meeting many of you during out network meetings, or please invite me or come to see me if you want to discuss something specific for your organisation.
Finally, I hope that you will support us to support you – read our e-bulletins, visit our website, come to our training session, network meetings and workshops.
