Kingston First, the town centre’s business improvement district, launched its first-ever Kingston Wellbeing Week from 8 - 14 March 2021, with an exciting programme of virtual events, offers and wellbeing recommendations for people to take advantage of from local businesses and organisations across Kingston.
Covid-19 has had a huge impact on all of our lives, and with many of us noticing a decline in our mental, physical and financial health since the pandemic began, looking after our wellbeing has never been so important. A range of online sessions will take place throughout the week, from free yoga, pilates & fitness classes, to mental health workshops and money management advice, all in aid of improving the wellbeing of our local community. Local residents are invited to sign up for these events and can find all the details on the In Kingston website.
The programme included events from Mind in Kingston, Kingston Samaritans, KCIL and Kingston Libraries, all of which can be found online at www.inkingston.co.uk/wellbeingweek.
Visit the website here where you can view all of the virtual events and offers and download the PDF programme. People can share how they are getting involved by tagging @InKingstonUK and using the hashtag #KingstonWellbeingWeek
