Digital Upskill - Kingston
Superhighways is offering exclusive support for Kingston groups working with residents who struggle to access/engage with online service. This training is designed to upskill staff and volunteers to improve their digital know-how here in Kingston.
You can either book yourself on a one-to-one session of 45 minutes. Alternatively, you can book on a group training session focussed on taking your activities and services online. The session aims to give you some:
- Best practice tips in how to set up an online meeting (Zoom or MS Teams)
- A space to discuss some of the issues you have encountered delivering your services online
- Advice on solutions you might try to make things easier
- Training resources you can share with the team or your members and service users
