Alcohol Awareness Week 16-22 Nov 2020

This week is Alcohol Awareness Week and this year's theme is alcohol and mental health. Many of us drink to help us cope with negative feelings such as worry, stress and anxiety but alcohol is a depressant so regular drinking or drinking too much can worsen these feelings and increase our risk of a mental health problem. RBK will be sharing information via their Facebook and Twitter pages all week to raise awareness of the week.
