About me:

For the past 9 years I have worked in various communications roles starting my career at a higher educational research company and then moving into the charity sector where I have worked for the past 6 years. Having worked at large national charities I craved the opportunity to work in a small charity where I can see the direct impact of my work.

As part of my role I am developing the communications strategy in keeping with our vision. I am responsible for all internal and external communications which includes, social media, content gathering, marketing, media monitoring, newsletters, events, blogs, reports, surveys and Connected Kingston communications. I also work with small groups and on various partnerships in Kingston to make sure we are reaching all the communities we need to. 

In my spare time of which I have very little being the mother of a toddler I enjoy zumba, running, reading, golf, theatre and a good detective series.
